摘要
以H_(2)O_(2)-硫脲(TU)氧化还原引发体系,研究了丙烯酰胺与玉米淀粉的接枝共聚反应规律。实验结果表明,当〔H_(2)O_(2)〕=1.60×10^(-3)mol/L、〔TU〕=8.0×10^(-4)mol/L、〔AM〕=1.0 mol/L,pH=5,45℃反应5h,单体转化率、接枝率和接枝效率都较高。
The regularity of graft copolymenization of acrylamide onto corn starch by H_(2)O_(2)-,TU initiation system was investigated.The experimentalresults showed that the monomer conversion(Cm),percent grafting(G)and grafting efficiency were considerably effected by[H,O¡],(TU).[AM],pH value,temperature and time,the high Cx,G and E were obtained atH_(2)O_(2)〕=1.60×10^(-3)mol/L、〔TU〕=8.0×10^(-4)mol/L、〔AM〕=1.0 mol/L,pH=5,at 45℃for 5h reaction.A suitable over-Ãil rate equation of graft copolymerization has been derived..
