摘要
目的 探讨综合治疗在肾癌中的作用。方法 将确诊为肾癌的48例患者分为A组和B组,A组行姑息性 或根治性肾切除术,B组行综合治疗,并进行长期随访和疗效比较。结果两组5a生存率有显著差异。结论综 合治疗可延长肾癌患者的生存期,优于单纯治疗。
Objective To find out the action of the comprehensive treatment in kidney carcinoma. Methods 48 patiens of kidney carcinoma were divided into Group A and Group B, took spoil or radical nephrectomy in Group A,took the comprehensive treatment in Group B,made long-term follow-up and comparison of effect. Results There is notable diffrence in 5 year survival rate of two bundles. Conclusions The comprehensive treatment can prolong the existance period in patients of kidney carcinoma, and it is better than purity treatment.
