摘要 较为详细地介绍了漆酶常用的定性和定量分析方法,并阐述了漆酶在织物染料脱色中的应用.漆酶是一种含铜的多酚氧化酶,按其主要来源分为漆树漆酶和真菌漆酶两大类.研究表明,漆酶可作用的底物范围广.它可应用于生漆的干燥成膜和毛发染色,纸浆生产中木质素的降解,废水处理,生物传感器,酶法免疫分析,有机合成,土壤的修复等方面. Laccase belongs to multinuclear copper-containing oxidases, which can be classified to Rhus Laccse and Fungal Laccase according to its sources. It has a wide range of substrate. Many researchers have studied the assay of laccase activity and found some effective methods. In this paper, several quantitative and qualitative assay methods are described in details. Laccase can be used in many fields, and its application in the decolorization of textile dyes is specifically discussed. The research reveals good insight into the solution of some environmental problems.
