摘要
目的研究安康虎杖Polgonumcuspidatun的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定及与标准品对照进行结构鉴定。结果 从虎杖95%乙醇提取物中得到2个化合物。分别鉴定为:大黄素—6—甲醚、大黄素。结论 蒽醌类化合物为安康虎杖主要化学成分。
Object;to Study the chemical constituents in the root of Polgonum cuspidatum in Ankang.Methods;the constituents were isolated and purified repeatedly on Silica gel column chromatography,and the structures were identified and elucidated by physicochemical properties and with comparison to authentic samples.Result;two known compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the roots of Polgonum cuspidatum.Their structure were identified as physcion (I),emodin (II).Conclusion;the authraquinoneismain constituents from Polgonum cuspidatum in Ankang.
