摘要
主要论述现代气候诊断与预测业务和研究工作中 ,统计学方法的重要性。在理论上 ,系统的内在随机性及外在随机性几乎不可避免 ,气候具有概率性 ;从实践中看 ,历来许多重要观测事实的揭示往往都是通过统计学方法。文中以大量事实和理论观点证明统计气候诊断预测方法具有不可替代的重要作用。
The importnant of statistics method is discussed in the climatical diagnosis ,forecasting and research . Teorecally, there is probabilities features of climate because of internel random and externel random of climate system. On the other hand , the many observational facts has been exposed many years ago by means of the statistics mehtods Thus, the statistical methods to climatic diagnosis and forecasting are impotent and necessary.
