Improvement of Differential Display and Its Application to Studies of Woody Plants

摘要 从差异显示的基本原理出发 ,概述了差显的优缺点及其近年来在实验方法上的改进 ,并简要介绍了差显在植物尤其是木本植物研究中的应用。 Based on the fundamental principle of differential display,this paper outlines the advantages and disadvantages of differential display and its experimental improvement made in recent years.In addition,the application of differential display to studies of plants,especially woody plants,is also introduced here. ;
