摘要
目的 进一步观察Nd :YAG激光泪道治疗机治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法 我院 2 0 0 0年 11月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月用激光泪道治疗机治疗各种泪管阻塞 180例 194眼。结果 170眼 1次治愈 ,占 87 6%。 2 4眼复发 ,又行 2次激光及多次冲洗 ,直至通畅 ,疗效令人满意。结论 Nd :YAG激光治疗泪道阻塞安全有效 ,操作简单 ,并发症少。但需重视激光治疗后的泪道冲洗或扩张。
Objective To inquire into the clinical effect of YAG laser apparatus used to treat dacryagogatresia.Methods 180 cases (194 eyes) of dacryagogeatresia were treated by YAG laser from Nov.2000 to Dec.2001.Results 170 eyes were cured in one time of treatment (87.6%) and 24 eyes had relapses.The sccond treatment were performed by laser and repeated irrigation until obstructions were clear,the effect was satisfactory.Conclusion The treatment to dacryagogatresia by Nd:YAG laser is safe,effective,short-course,simply-operated,less complication and suffering and no scar,And postoperative irrigation and extension on many occasions are important concerning long-term effect.
