摘要
近年来,随着激光、内窥镜技术、高分子材料及其他医疗器械的不断发展和完善,鼻泪管阻塞的治疗取得了较大进展,涌现出了很多新的治疗方法:泪道疏通(包括泪道探通术、激光泪道成形术、泪道高频电灼术)、泪道插管(包括双泪小管硅胶管插管术、单泪小管硅胶管插管术、鼻泪管逆行插管术、鼻泪管支架植入术)、气囊导管扩张术、泪囊鼻腔吻合术(包括传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术、鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术、结膜泪囊鼻腔吻合术)。本文综述了这些方法近10a的临床应用情况、各自的优缺点及所存在的问题。
Recently,with the development of laser,endoscopic technology,polymer materials and other medical equipments,great progress has been achieved in treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction diseases.Many new treatment methods are applied in clinical practice,such as lacrimal probing（single lacrimal probing surgery,lacrimal laser plasty,lacrimal high-frequency electrocautery）,lacrimal intubation（bilateral silicone intubation,monofacial silicone intubation,lacrimal antidromic intubation,lacrimal bracket implantation）,balloon catheter dilation,dacryocystorhinostomy（external dacryocystorhinostomy,endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy,conjunctival dacryocystorhinostomy）.This article reviews the clinical practices,advantages and disadvantages,remained problems of each treatment.
