摘要
从cry基因的分类、cry基因与转座因子的关系、cry基因的表达调控以及cry基因的作用机理等 4个方面综述了cry基因的研究进展 ,并简要展望了其研究和应用前景。
Progress in the study of the cry genes of Bacillus thuringiensis focusing on four perspectives: (1) the classification of cry genes; (2) the interaction between cry genes and transposable elements; (3) the expression and regulation of cry genes; (4) the mechanism of cry genes. In addition, existing problems in the application of cry genes and the resolution of other outstanding problems are discussed.
