转化cry3A基因对苏云金芽孢杆菌YBT-803-1生长特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将携带基因cry3A的质粒通过电脉冲法转入苏云金芽孢杆菌野生菌株YBT 80 3 1后 ,对该菌的生长产生了一定的影响。结果表明 ,转入cry3A基因后 ,转化子BMBY 0 0 3的生长速度与出发菌株YBT 80 3 1相比虽无明显变化 ,但产生杀虫晶体蛋白的时间较出发菌株延迟 6~ 8h ,且最适温度提高为 33℃ ,而对葡萄糖等 14种碳源和谷氨酸等 12种氮源的利用能力与出发菌株无明显差异。 The effects of electro-pulse transformed cry3A gene on the growth of Bacillus thuringiensis YBT-803-1 was studied. The results showed that there was no obvious difference in the growth rate as well as the utilization of 14 carbon and 12 nitrogen sources between non-transformed YBT-803-1 and the transformed BMBY-003. The expression time of Cry proteins of BMBY-003 was 6~8h later than that of YBT-803-1. And the optimum growth temperature of BMBY-003 increased up to 33℃.
