摘要
本文研究了钢水过热度、拉速、二冷水量、电磁搅拌等连铸工艺参数对高碳钢小方坯缩孔的影响 ,试验研究了铸坯凝固末端喷水强冷对减轻中心偏析的作用 。
The effects of superheat, casting speed, secondary cooling water flowrate, M-EMS on porosity of billets were investigated. The tests of extra cooling during solidification of the final potion of strand were carried out for the decrease of the centerline segregation. The grades of porosity were predicted by means of the artificial neural network.
