304L连铸圆坯的连铸工艺优化及穿孔性能提高 被引量:2

摘要 选取中包钢水过热度、二冷段比水量、二冷段电磁搅拌电流以及拉速4个工艺参数进行正交试验,分析不同条件下304L连铸圆坯段样和片样的中心缩孔及裂纹情况,确定连铸工艺参数的最佳组合,并从不同角度分析连铸圆坯中心缩孔及裂纹的产生原因。实际穿孔制管结果表明:缩孔及裂纹良好的连铸圆坯具有较好的穿孔性能;当片样缩孔及裂纹均在0.5级,段样缩孔宽度≤7.5 mm,大于3 mm的缩孔长度与试样长度的比值≤24.91%,可保证连铸圆坯具有良好的穿孔性能。 An orthogonal test is conducted with the four major process parameters, i.e., the superheat degree of molten steel in the tundish, the water ratio of the second cooling section, the current for electromagnetic stirring (EMS) , and the withdrawing speed so as to analyze the central shrinkage and crack as stay with the sectional and sliced samples of the 304L CC round billet under different conditions, and thus to determine the optimal combination of the CC process parameters. And the causes for occurrence of the central shrinkage and the crack are analyzed from different perspectives. Result of actual piercing operation shows that the CC round billet with highly acceptable shrinkage and crack presents good piercing performance, and that provided that the shrinkage and crack of the sliced sample are both classified as Class 0.5, and for the sectional sample, its shrinkage width is ≤7.5 mm, the proportional of the shrinkage length 〉3 mm to the sectional sample length is ≤24.91%, it will be ensured that the CC round billet possesses excellent piercing performance.
