摘要
利用引进的成套热处理设备 ,通过大量试验和研究 ,开发出“常化 +控制冷却”、“常化 +控制冷却 +回火”的新工艺 ,解决了专用钢常规热处理后强度大幅度降低而无法达标的难题 。
The new process of 'normalizing+control cooling' or 'normalizing+control cooling+tempering' has been developed through a lot of trails and studies using a complete set of introduced heat treatment installation.As the result the difficult problem that the special steel can not reach the set standard due to a drastic loss of strength after the conventional heat treatment is promptly solved and thus a right way to extend functions of the equipments and improve the composite properties of the special steel is open up.
