淬火工艺对Q960E高强度钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 以Q960E高强度钢板热处理工艺开发为目标,研究了在相同化学成分条45-V淬火+回火工艺对钢组织及性能的影响,对比分析了保温时间5~35min组织和性能的变化规律。结果表明,经890—910℃淬火屈服强度均有大幅提高。当淬火温度为910℃,保温15—25min时,试验钢具有良好的性能,即屈服强度Rp0.2〉1000MPa,断后伸长率A〉14.0%,-40℃冲击吸收功〉85J。 To develop Q960E high strength steel plate, the effect of quenching and tempering technology on its micro- structure and mechanical properties under the same composition was studied. The changes in mechanical properties and microstruetures of the steel plates from 5 to 35 min were analyzed. The results showed that after tempering from 890 ℃ to 910 ℃ for 15 minutes, the yield strength increased greatly. The excellent properties of specimens could be obtained when the quenching temperature was 910℃ for 15 -25 min, the yield strength is more than 1000 MPa, percentage elongation is more than 14% and impact energy is more than 85J at -40 ℃.
