摘要
建立轴向车铣加工等距曲边三角形廓形运动过程的矢量表达式 ,用内嵌AutoLisp的AutoCAD2 0 0 0对轴向车铣加工等距曲边三角形运动曲线进行计算机仿真 .得出已加工表面质量与铣刀齿数、铣刀与工件转数比成正比 ,且与铣削方式有关 ;
The vector expression about axial turn milling machining for the equidistant crooked triangle contour movement process is established. The computer simulation of the movement curve of axial turn milling machining for the equidistant crooked triangle contour by the AutoCAD2000 of AutoLisp is carried out. The conclusion is that the quality of the workpiece surface is direct proportion to the number of teeth in milling cutter, the milling cutter and the work piece revolution ratio, and it is related to the mode of the turn milling. The shape of the equidistant crooked triangle contour is related to the R/e .
