摘要
型面联接是采用非圆异形截面的孔轴配合代替键和花键来传递扭矩的一种联接方式.由等距曲边三角形廓形曲线方程导出切削点的位移轨迹是一个椭圆,因而廓形曲线实现加工有一定的可行性.与键联接和花键联接相比,型面联接结构简单、加工成本低、应用前景广泛.
<Abstrcat>The combination of curve surface is a kind of technique which adopts bores and shaft with noncircular specialshaped section instead of keys and splines to coordinate with transmission torsion.The processing of the contour curves can be realized because the displacement obit of the cutting points is an oval,which is deduced from the equation of contour curve concerning isometric curve triangle.The technique is feasible to some degree.Compared to connection of keys and splines, the combination of curve surface is simple in structure,cheap in processing costs and extensive in prospects for application.
