摘要 介绍了一种光纤光功率计的电路原理及单片机数据处理程序流程图 .电路设计中选用高灵敏度和高可靠性的光学元件 -光接收激光二极管FU15PD ,保证了接收光纤中传输光的可靠性 ;选用 16位AD转换芯片CS5 5 2 9,保证了测量精度 ;选用AT89C5 1高速单片机 ,保证了光功率数据采集和数值计算的速度 .3种高性能元器件的选用 ,使光纤中传输光的功率值测量达到要求的精度成为可能 .所介绍的设计方法 。 The circuit principles and singlechip data processing program for the optical power meter are illuminated. A kind of optical element with high sensitivity and reliability is choosen for the circuit design. The element is photodiode-FU15PD which insures the transferring optic reliability in receiving optical fiber. A 16 bits A/D chip CS5529 and a high speed singlechip AT89C51 are used for achieving high measuring accuracy and high computing rate. High performance was been achieved with the above three high performance elements, and this method has been used in practice.
