摘要
研制了以单片机为核心的自动调制度测试仪.该仪器具有如下特点:宽频率范围测试信号自动跟踪,输入载波频率范围1.5-2000 MHz;宽动态范围载波电平自动调整,输入载波电平范围0.01-1 V;低失真高灵敏度,低频输出失真≤±1％,实测灵敏度为2-3 mV.
An automatic tester with a single chip microcomputer as its core to measure the degree of modulation is developed. The features of the tester are automatic tracking of the tested signal within a wide rang of frequency, input frequency range signal carrier 1. 5-2 000 MHz. The automatic regulation of the carrier level with a wide dynamic range, input level range of signal carrier is 0. 01-1 V. The automatic testing with high sensitivity and low distortion, the distortion is smaller than ±1% , and 2-3 mV to survey the sensitivity.
