摘要
证明了数字系统内部多重固定故障状态下的测试集统一公式,因其包含常数而缩短了故障诊断的时间.在此基础上,完成了对DFM的故障诊断分析.
The unified formula of testing set for multiple stuck fault in digital system is proved. The constant is contained within the unified formula to shorten the time of fault diagnosis. On the basis of this the fault diagnosis analyses for DFM is finished.
