摘要
阐述了都市农业的特征及发展都市农业的意义;分析了我国要全面建设小康社会,关键在农村,中心是提高农民的人均收入,而发展都市农业是增加农民收入的有效途径;探讨研究了发展都市农业的对策。
This paper expounds the characteristics and features of urban agriculture and the significance of developing urban agriculture, analyses on that the key of building an all-round well-off society in China is in the countryside, the centrum is to increase per-capita income of the peasants, and the development of urban agriculture is an effective way to increase income of the peasants, and probes in to countermeasures of developing urban agriculture.
