摘要
本文从经济价值、美学价值、生态价值和哲学观点,浅析发展都市农业低碳模式的意义;分析都市农业低碳模式具有产业高端、资源高效、生态安全和机制创新的结构体系特点;依据城市自然资源、农业资源和低碳技术,归纳多区域、多景区、多类型的都市农业低碳模式,提出各地政府应积极创造条件,支持和开发都市农业的低碳产业模式的政策建议。
This article analyzes the significance of low carbon pattern of urban agriculture development from the economic value, aesthetic value, ecological values and philosophical viewpoint; it analyzes low carbon patterns of urban agriculture whichhas the structure systems andfeatures of high-endindustry, high efficient resource, ecological safety and mechanism innovation.According to the natural resources of city, agricultural resources and low carbon technology, the low carbon pattern of urban agriculture which contains many regions, scenic spots and types is summarized.the policy proposals are put forwards that the local government should create conditions actively, support and develop the low carbon industry pattern of urban agriculture.
