摘要
讨论了用于纤维缠绕薄壁结构设计的网格理论的意义。基于网格理论,得到了固体火箭发动机纤维缠绕壳体圆筒壁厚和爆破压强的计算方法,给出了用模拟实验压力容器确定纤维发挥强度的方法。算例表明,计算值与实测结果符合良好。
The definition of the netting theory which is applied to the filamentwound thin wall structures is represented.On the basis of the netting analysis,the calculating methods of the wall thickness and the burst pressure of the filamentwound cylinder for the solid rocket motor are obtained.The method for determining the delivered strength of fiber is given through the simulation test of a subscaled filamentwound pressure vessel.The calculating example shows that the calculated results coincide with that of the experiment.
