摘要 对具有内衬的纤维缠绕圆筒压力容器进行了结构分析。将内衬作为各向同性材料、纤维缠绕圆筒作为正交异性材料处理。在内压作用下,得到了内衬和纤维缠绕圆筒的弹性应力和应变。讨论了内衬和纤维缠绕圆筒材料选取和结构设计准则,即应选取弹性模量很低、强度较高和塑性良好的材料作内衬;选取模量和强度都较高的纤维缠绕圆筒;内衬壁厚应尽可能薄,且与纤维缠绕圆筒粘接牢固。算例表明,弹性应力分析结果与测试值符合良好。 The structure analysis of the filament-wound cylinder pressure vessel with internal liner are performed.In the analysis,the liner is regarded as an isotropic material and the filament-wound cylinder is orthotropic material.The elastic stress and strain in the liner and the filament-wound cylinder caused by internal pressure are obtained.The criteria for the material selection and structure design of the filament-wound vessel are discussed.It is suggested that the liner material should be of low modulus,high strength and excellent plasticity,and the filament-wound cylinder shoule be of high modulus and high strength.The liner thickness should be thiner and the adhesion between the filament-wound cylinder and the liner must be secure.The calculation example shows that the elastic stress analysis agrees with the results of the test.
