摘要
大肠菌群检测一般采用多管发酵标准方法测定[1] ,自 1985年Forg建立了纸片法[2 ] ,因其具有快速、简便等优点已在食具消毒效果中广泛应用 ,但有时纸片结果会模糊不清 ,不易判断 ,为了提高其检测结果的准确性以便在实际工作中更好的利用方法 ,本实验对大肠菌群纸片法与常规发酵法在食具消毒效果中进行比较试验。结果表明 ,对出现可疑结果的纸片放入乳糖胆盐培养液中再按常规发酵法的程序进行大肠菌群检测 ,可提高纸片法的灵敏度 。
Objective Coliform detection is usually tested by multiple tube fermentation method.Since 1985,slip metod which was invented by Frog has been widely applied in tableware sterilization effects,because it is fast and simple.However,sometimes the slip result blurs and becomes difficult to judge.In order to improve the accuracy of the test result,so as to apply this metod better in practice,this exper iment compares tableware sterilization effects between colifrom slip method and conventional fermentation method.The results showed that when the slip method and conventional fermentation method.The results showed that when the slip which appers doubtable is placed in lactose bile cultivation liquid,then tested the colifrom with the conventional fermentation method,the sensitivity of slip method can be improved and the match rate to the convention fermentation method is increased.
