摘要
以贵农1号刺梨为材料,研究了果实生长发育动态,分析测定了不同发育时期果实中淀粉、水溶性糖分和干物质量、水分含量的变化。结果表明:贵农1号刺梨果实的生长发育曲线为“双S”型;幼果发育至成熟需90~95天;7月份是果实第二次迅速生长期,水溶性糖在此期迅速积累;果实鲜重的增长与果径、体积、干重、含水量、水溶性总糖的增长均呈板显著正相关;干重的增长与水溶性总糖的积累呈显著正相关;体积的增大与干重和果实含水量的增加呈板显著正相关。
The frult development of Guinong No. 1 cili (Rosa roxburghii Tratt. ) was studied and the fruits were analyzed for their variation in the concentration of starch and water soluble sugar, and in the dry weight and water content at different developmental stages of the fruits. The results showed that the fruit of Guinong No. 1 cili had a double sigmoid growth curve. It required 90-95 days for the fruits to mature. The second rspid growth of fruit was in July and water soluble sugar accumulated rapidy in this period. There was a very significant positive correlation between the increase of fresh fruit weight and the increase in diameter, size. dry weight, water content and water soluble sugar concentration, respectively, of the fruits, and between the increase of fruit dry weight and the accumulation of total water soluble sugar, the enlargement of fruit size was also highly correlated with the increase of fruit dry weight and water content, respectively.
