摘要
带钢在粗轧机轧制过程中 ,由于一些因素的影响使带钢轧机左右两侧轧辊受力不对称 ,导致产生带钢跑偏现象 .轧件的跑偏不仅妨碍生产作业 ,还将导致产品出现质量问题 .为了研究跑偏现象的特征 ,以便精确地调整粗轧机 ,使其在最优工况下工作 ,本文应用Matlab软件对带钢热轧粗轧机跑偏过程的控制进行了仿真 ,得到了经过粗轧机控制后的跑偏量、出口厚度。
There are some factors that cause the mill roll unbalance between the left and right side in hot strip rolling, so that the camber takes place in rolling process. The camber not only holds back the working process, but also results in degraded products. In this paper, camber control in rough mill was simulated dynamically with Matlab software in order to study the camber and adjust the rough mill to the best condition. The adjusting process of camber value, exit thickness and rolling force after control of hot strip rolling were attained.
