摘要
本文导出了存在系统几何偏差时全息一散斑干涉术中干涉场的强度分布。结果表明,其中全息干涉系统的几何精度要求较高而散斑干涉系统的几何精度要求较低。
In this paper, the intensity distribution of interference field of holo-speckle interferometry is derived when the error of system geometry exists. The result shows that the geometry accuracy of holographic system should be higher and that of speckle system could be lower.
