摘要
用随机光波自相关函数传递的方法,对参考束型散斑干涉计量术的偏心小孔滤波过程进行了统计分析.由象面散斑场和参考光场相于迭加引起光波U_1、U_1和|U_1| ̄2分别在滤波系统的输出面上形成各自的条纹图,明暗条纹的位置受面内位移和位相差的共同影响,三组条纹的对比度函数是相同的.
In this paper,we used the transmission of autocorrelation function of random light wave togive a statistical analysis to pin-hole filtering of reference- beam speckle interferometry. Each of the threelight waves U_1、U_1 and |U_1| ̄2 preduced its own fringe patterns on the output plane of the filtering system.Both displacement and the phase difference determined the position of bright and dark fringes.The visibilityfunctions of the three groups of fringes were the same.
