摘要
随着市场经济的发展 ,特别是加入WTO后 ,调整稻米结构 ,发展优质稻已成了云南红河州水稻发展的必然趋势。调整稻米结构应始终保持州内粮食供求平衡 ,注意质量结构的合理性 ,注重合理布局 ,重点发展优质杂交稻。具体措施主要有 :加快新品种的选育和筛选 ;树品牌 ,扩大外销 ;兴办龙头企业 ,带动优质稻米产业化 ;加强领导 ,增加政府投入等。
Adjustment of the structure of rice varieties to quality rice has become the inexorable trend in development of rice production in Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan with the development of marketing economy, especially with China's entry to WTO. The adjustment of the structure of rice varieties should keep balance between food supply and demand within the prefecture, pay attention to the rationalization in quality structure of rice varieties and regional distribution, and put emphasis on the development of hybrid rice. The major measures that should be taken are: enhancing the breeding and introduction of new rice varieties, establishing famous brands to enlarge sale outside the prefecture, setting up leading enterprises to drive the industrialization of fine quality rice, and strengthening leadership to increase governmental investment.
