摘要
当前 ,我国各地都在进行农业结构战略性调整 ,如何搞好这次农业结构调整 ,将对新世纪我国农业及国民经济实现“跨越式”发展产生重要影响。因此 ,切实搞好当前的农业结构调整 ,具有重要的现实意义和长远的战略意义。本文在简述农业结构调整意义的基础上 ,回顾了改革开放以来我国进行的几次农业结构调整 ,提出了这次农业结构调整所依据的生态学理论和生态经济学原则。之后 ,较全面地分析了当前农业结构调整的主要途径和配套措施。最后 ,指出了进行农业结构调整应注意的问题。
At present, agricultural structure is undertaking a strategic adjustment in our country. And how to perform it will affect our national agriculture and economy which will have“leapover” development in the new century. So, it has great realistic and permanent function to adjust well the present agricultural structure. This article, after briefly setting forth the importance of the adjustment of agricultural structure, looks back on the previous adjustments of agricultural structure from the beginning of our country's reform and open policy. Then, it puts forward the ecologic theory and the fundmental rules of economy which will direct this adjustment. And it thoroughly analyzes the main ways and proper measures which will be adopted in this adjustment. Finally, it points out some problems which should be attached more importance to during this adjustment. Maybe all the above will be valuable in directing this adjustment of agricultural structure all over our country.
