摘要
土壤对地面机械触土部件的粘附是亟待解决的问题,本文分析了典型土壤动物体壁的弹性大变形特性,运用D-最优理论设计了11种仿生挠性铲斗,并进行了试验研究,结果表明,仿生挠性铲斗与普通铲斗相比降低斗中粘土量约59.4%,降阻达15.85%。最后分析了仿生挠性铲斗减粘降阻的机理。
Adhesion of soil to machines and tools is a signi-ficant problem needed to be solved urgently. In this paper, the characteristics of obvious elastic deformation of typical soil animals have been analysed initially. The bionic flexible shovel has been designed and tested with D-optimum theory. Results of research have shown that the amount of adhering soil and the cutting resistance can be decreased by 59.4% and 15.85% respectively for optimum shovel. The mechanism of reducing adhesion and resistance for the shovel has been Analysed.
