摘要
根据在种子加工储藏中超弱发光强度可以作为活力指标的特点 ,提出了一种基于超弱发光的干燥种子活力预测模型 ,在实验的基础上利用参数估计确定了预测玉米超弱发光强度模型的参数 ,并对该模型进行了验证。该模型较一阶动力模型更符合实际 ,它可应用于研究农作物种子加工。
Super weak bioluminescence is a kind of spontaneous phenomena in nature. It has a close correlation with organism metabolism. The experiments show that the decreasing of super weak bioluminescence intensity and geminating rates of post drying seeds have the same tendency, and the super weak bioluminescence intensity can be taken as a viability index during seed processing and storage. A predictive model of seeds viability dried by heated air was developed and verified by the experiments. Compared with the first order kinetic model built by Bruce, the model has a better agreement with the experiments.
