摘要
教师行为研究是国外师资培训中的关键环节,是外语教师发展的重要途径之一,值得我国师训借鉴.本文探讨和介绍教师行为研究的功能、形式、原则、内容、方法和步骤.
Teacher observation is a key step in teacher training in many countries. There is much in their methods that we can make use of. It is also an important approach to foreign language teacher development. The article probes into the functions, forms, principles, contents, methods and procedure of teacher observation.
