摘要
卡那霉素(KM)对黄河蜜甜瓜愈伤组织的作用结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,卡那霉素对黄河蜜甜瓜愈伤组织产生抑制作用,随着KM浓度增加,抑制作用增强。KM对下胚轴及子叶愈伤组织起完全抑制作用的临界浓度在75mg/L至100mg/L之间。子叶愈伤组织比下胚轴愈伤组织对卡那霉素更为敏感。
The expriment was purposed for the inhibition of Kanamycin (KM) to muskmelon 揌uang Hemi攃allus. The result demonstrated that KM inhibited the callus growth from cotyledon explants and hypocotyls explants in a certain range of KM concentration, and with the concentration increased, the inhibition became more. The highiest KM concentration that the callus could resist was from 75 mg/L to 100 mg/L. The experiment also showed that the callus from cotyledon was more sensible to KM than that from hypocotyls.
