摘要
对佛手瓜下胚轴再生植株、试管苗移栽及大田定植进行了试验,结果表明:在MS+IAA0.1mg/L+BA1.0mg/L+LH200mg/L培养基上容易形成下胚轴愈伤组织;愈伤组织分化芽的培养基为MS+IAA0.5mg/L+BA0.5mg/L,诱导分化率可达575%;顶芽和带腋芽茎段生根的培养基分别为MS+IAA1.0mg/L和12MS+IAA0.3mg/L,生根率分别为81.8%和83.3%;移栽培养土用土砂粪=321的灭菌土,幼苗成活率达75%;大田定值,平均单株结果88.43个,平均单果重240.23g.
Plantlet regeneration from hypocotyl of Buddhas hand ( Sechium edule Swortz ),plantlet transfering and its fruiting in the field were studied.THe results showed that the calli were apt to be induced from hypocotyls at MS meddium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L IAA.1.0 mg/L BA and 200 mg/L LH;Shoots were easily differentiated from tissue calli at MS mediu with 0.5 mg/L IAA and 0.5 mg/L BA,with the differentiation ratio of 575%;The optimal rooting medium for terminal bud and stem segments with axillary buds were MS medium containing 1.0 mg/L IAA and 1/2 MS medium containing 0.3 mg/L IAA respectively.Their rooting ratio was 81.8% and 83.3% respectively.The conposts composed of 3 parts of soil,2 parts of sand and 1 part of mannul were sterilized before transplanting.The survival rate of transferred plantlets reached 75%.THe average number of fruits per plant was 88.43 and the average weight per fruit was 240.2 g.
