摘要
从哲学的角度看 ,人性就是需要。在教育活动中忽视、压抑学生的需要 ,就是忽视、压抑学生的人性。在我国的学校教育中普遍存在忽视人性、压抑人性的现象。然而 ,无论是时代的发展、教育的内在规律还是教育价值的实现都要求教育必须人性化。就我国目前学校教育的现状 ,要实现教育的人性化主要要从转变教育观念 ,改善师生关系和教学方法上着手。
From the angle of philosophy,humanity is need.Overlooking and constraining the needs of students means the same to students'humanity in education.It commonly exists in our country's school education.However,the advance of times and the inherent law as well as the educational value demand the humanitation of education.For this purpose,it is imperative that educators shift educational concepts and improve teaching methods and relationships between teachers and students as well.
