摘要
10例人胎胃粘膜,受精龄为13.5～30周,用A蛋白金银法研究EC细胞及G细胞的分布与形态。结果胃底EC细胞形态多种多样,其中多数为闭合型,但发现有开放型细胞。胃窦G细胞较大,圆形为主,常聚集成群。
Gastric mucosa from 10 human fetuses, 13.5-30 weeks of fertilized age were obtained for studying the distribution and morphology of gastric enterochromaffin cells (EC cell) and gastrin cells (G cell) by protein A gold silver (PAGS) method.The results indicated that the form of EC cells in gastric fundus was various. Most of them were close type and some wene open type. The G cells of pyoric antrum were larger, mostly round shaped and aggregated in groups.
