切断迷走神经对大鼠胃内分泌细胞的影响

摘要 采用免疫组化、银染及显微图像分析技术,对切断单和双侧迷走神经(UTV/BTV)后的大鼠胃窦肠嗜铬细胞(EC细胞)、含胃泌素细胞(G细胞)及胃泌酸区嗜银细胞的形态学变化进行了观察。结果:(1)UTV后2周,切断侧胃窦EC细胞比未切断侧相对缩小,提示切断迷走神经后的近期内可抑制EC细胞的功能活动;(2)UTV后2及5周,胃窦G细胞未见形态学改变,但切断侧胃泌酸区嗜银细胞数量减少,胞体缩小,提示迷走神经对胃嗜银细胞的功能活动及生长有一定影响;(3)BTV后5周,G细胞数量增多、胞体增大,表明G细胞功能活动增强,G细胞功能改变可能与胃液pH增高相关。 The effects of unilateraltruncal vagotomy (UTV) and bilateraltruncal vagotomp (BTV) on antrum ECcells, G cells and oxyntic gland areaargyrophil cells were studied in rats byusing immunohistochemistry processes,Grimelius argyrophil stain and microsco-pic image analysis technique.Results:(1)In UTY animals.two weeks postoperation,the sectional areas of EC cells were signi-ficantly smaller in denervated side thanIn the othet side(17%, P<0.05). In theinnervated side of antrum, the sectionalareas of EC cells were larger than thosein controls (13.5%, P<0.05). But, fiveweeks after UTV, the size of EC cells wasnot significantly different in all animals.These suggest that vagal denervation caninhibit relatively the functional activityin a short period,but this inhibition couldbe compensated later. (2) There wereno morphological changes in G cells ofUTV rats. in BTY animals, the quantityof G cells in antrum increased by 36.2%(P<0.05) and their sectional areas werelarger than those in sham by 26.2% (P<0.05). These indicate that the functionof G cells is more active in BTV animalsand the functional change of G cells isrelated to the pH value of gastric juice.(3) In UTY rats, the oxyntic gland areaargyrophil cells (ECL cells are dominat)were significantly reduced in two weeks(26.8%, P<0.01)and in five weeks(20.1%.P<0.05) in denervated side after UTV.The cells became smaller also. Thesesuggest that vagus can influence thefunction, proliferation and growth ofECL cells.
