本文通过对图书管理的现状以及图书管理人员应具备的素质的分析 。
By means of the analysis of the status quo of the librarian administration and the qualities which the librarian administrative personnel should possess,this essay mainly sets forth measures of the cultivation of the librarian administrative personnel in high schools.
