摘要
论述加强高校图书馆学科资源建设、网络资源建设的重要性,在此基础上提出规范学科馆员的工作内容,以及培养高校图书馆学科专业服务团队的必要性,总结归纳出以学科馆员为核心、整合图书馆各类资源的服务模式。
This paper discusses the importance of strengthening subject resources development in libraries of university and network sources development, on the basis of which the paper proposes the working contents of specifying subject librarians and the necessity of training the service teams of disciplines and specialties in libraries ofuniversity, and concludes the fact that we should cen- ter on subject librarians and integrate service models of various kinds of library resources.
