摘要
图书馆创新意识平民化是时代要求、高校发展的必然选择 ,是充分实现图书馆职能作用的客观需要。高校图书馆人人都能创新 ,事事都可创新 ,重要的是培养创新意识。但增强创新意识 ,还必须遵循一定的原则。
It's the trend of the times that innovation consciousness will be popularized in library, and it's also helpful for library to bring its function into full play. Though innovation is so popular that everyone could make innovation and everything could be innovated, we still should abide by the principle when we engaged in training of innovation consciousness.[
