摘要
本文引入管理学上的人本管理原理，结合图书馆管理工作实际，比较详细地论证了其在图书馆管理工作中具有的指导性作用及对图书馆管理工作提出的要求等。
Abstract According to the text management principles and library management practise,this paper presents the guidance function and demand of text management in libraries.
