摘要
面对现代信息技术迅速发展给图书馆传统信息服务带来的挑战 ,本文提出人格化信息服务的观点 ,阐述了其内涵 ,论述了开展人格化信息服务的途径。
The rapid development of modern information technology has issued its challenge to traditional information service in Libraries. The article put forward an idea of the information service about personification. It explained its intension and expounded how to develop the service.[
