网络图书馆不仅是图书的网络,而且是图书馆服务的网络。本文从互联网络对读者检索行为和图书馆工作的影响出发,分析了网络图书馆向读者提供网络实时服务的意义和现实需求,概括描述了馆员在线服务的模式。
The network of libraries is not only the network of documents, bul the network of library services as well. The article analyzes the meanings and practieal needs of providing patrons real - time interactive reference service with digital libraries.
