摘要
社区文化经营就是按照城市经营的理论与方法,依照城市经营的目标,来规划、建设、管理社区文化的一项管理活动。北京社区文化经营是城市经营的重要组成部分,其解决的主要是社区文化发展的创新问题,社区文化经营的本质在于创新。要适应国际大都市的发展趋势,明确北京社区文化的继承、道德、融合、社交、知识、信息、休闲功能,在此基础上通过需求调查、观念转变、政策制定、干部队伍组织与培养、资金投入、制度建设、理论研究、经营主体的优化等建设实践,使北京的社区文化建设与国际接轨,实现北京在社会转型期的经济与社会的协调发展。
The cultural management of communities is an activity for planning, constructing and managing a community according to the theory and method of city management, in conformity to city operation goal. Beijing communities' cultural management is an important part of city operation, aiming to solve the innovation of cultural development in the community. These functions such as carrying-on, morality, merging, sociality, knowledge, information are to be defined in order to adapt to the development trend of international metropolis. On the basis of this, and through construction practice the construction of Beijing's community culture can keep abreast with that abroad, consequently realize the harmonious development between Beijing's economy and society during the transferring period.
