摘要
城市社区文化建设具有满足群众部分文化需求的功能,但是当今的城市社区文化不应承担,也承担不起超出自身所应该具备的功能。期望通过城市社区文化建设,实现滕尼斯所珍视的农业文明条件下的社区功能是不现实的。原因就在于,现代城市社区不是文化的主要载体,城市社区文化不是满足人民群众文化需要的主渠道。城市社区文化建设要从现代工业文明和社会主义初级阶段这个实际出发,把愉悦居民身心和社区治理统一起来,切忌理想主义和浪漫主义。
The construction of urban community culture has the function to meet the demands of the cultural needs of the masses,but today s urban community culture should not be responsible to,and also cannot afford to exceed their own function.It is not realistic to expect that the community function under the condition of agricultural civilization under the condition of the development of urban community culture.The reason is that the modern urban community is not the main carrier of culture,urban community culture is not the main channel to meet the cultural needs of the people.The construction of urban community culture should be based on the reality of modern industrial civilization and the primary stage of socialism.
