摘要 分光光度计测量水体各成分的光谱吸收系数是一项比较成熟的吸收系数分析方法。文章简要介绍对 2类水体光谱吸收系数测量的基本方法 ,重点探讨参比纯水水质、滤纸水合以及零值校正波长选择等关键技术问题 ,并给出相应的解决办法。 To measure the spectral absorption coefficient of water individual component with spectrophotometer is a well-known method. In this paper, the method for measuring the case II water is introduced briefly. Its emphases are on the key techniques of the pure water quality, individual filter and hydration rate, and choice of null-point wavelength which affects getting the accurate results of spectral coefficient, whose solution method are concluded in the end.
