摘要
根据知识经济时代企业管理创新的需要 ,提出了四种管理创新模式 :观念管理、盟约企业、“投入”精神和反思式管理 。
For the needs of management in knowledge economy,the paper proposes four new forms,that are sense control,allied relationship in business,got into spirit and self examination management.Also,it points out that the perfect combination of new and old management patterns will be the best outlet for modern enterprises.
