摘要
从知识经济时代企业管理创新的需要来看，今后一个时期，我国企业管理创新．将向观念管理、盟约企业、“投入”精神和反思式管理发展，而新旧管理模型的完美结合将是现代企业管理的最佳出路。
For the needs of management in knowledge economy the paper proposes lour new forms that is sense control.allied relationship in business got-into spirit and self -examination management Also it points out that the perfect combination of new andoIl management pattems will be the best outlet for modem enterprise.
