摘要
本文对含AgX光致变色玻璃进行了色度学方面的研究,选择Na_2O-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2系统作为基础玻璃,在其中加入一定量的Ag、Cl、Br、F而成为光色玻璃.(1)改变析晶温度:固定成核时间和成核温度,分别在570℃、580℃、590℃、600℃下进行析晶.(2)改变成核时间:固定结晶温度和成核温度,成核时间分别取1、2、3小时进行热处理.实验表明:随着析晶温度的提高,玻璃的底色由低饱和的蓝绿色向黄绿色移动;随着成核时间的延长,玻璃的底色也具有同样的变化规律,这种现象用非球形银粒着色机理可得到较为合理的解释.
In this work, the chromaticity aspect for a photochromic glass containing AgX was studied. Na_2O-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2 system was chosen as a base glass in which certain Ag, Cl, Br, F were added to form a photochromic glass.(1) Changing crystallization tempcratures: the nuclcation time and temperature were fixed and the heat treatment tests were seperatly conducted at 570℃, 580℃ , 590℃, 600℃ as crystallization temperatures. (2) Changing nucleation time: The crystallization and nucleation temperatures were fixed and the heat treatment tests were seperatly conducted in one, two, three hours as nucleation time. The tests show that tbe glass flush colors move from blue-green of low saturation to yellow-green along with the raising of tbe crystallization temperature and the glass flush colors have the same changing regularity along with the extension of the nucleation time, which can be reasonably explained by non-spherical stlver particle staining machanism.
